Tong Ling Natural Colour Mulberry Hardwood Flooring suitable with under floor heating, can be installed in entrance hallways, kitchens, bedrooms, lounges and games rooms.  With its unique and beautiful texture, Tong Ling mulberry hardwood flooring comes in two tones: natural and stained walnut colours for sophisticated residences and prestige commercial buildings. Tong Ling Natural Colour Mulberry Hardwood Flooring is created by mechanically stripping mulberry branches, then after boiling in a water and boric acid solution to remove sugars (a termite attractant) and to inhibit fungus and mold growth. The strips are dried and the material is woven with Dyno, an extremely low VOC plasticizer from Norway. Then it is crushed in a 2000-ton heat press that operates at 265F. This strand woven mulberry board is then milled in a German, laser-guided mill that makes very accurate cuts so each board you receive is cut just like every other board that comes out of the shipping carton. After milling, the strand woven mulberry boards are sanded and coated with a 6-coat build-up process with Aluminum Oxide Finish. Tong Ling mulberry hardwood flooring is extremely durable and very easy to care for or refinish. Tongue-and-groove mulberry hardwood flooring installs like conventional wood floors which are milled with tongue and grooves on all four sides so no special installation techniques are required. Our material is so advanced that it can be nailed, glued or floated over a thin foam mat where only the edges are glued.

	Sometimes called bull nose, stair nose is used to provide an overhang on a stair or a step from one floor to another. Stair nose can either overlap the floor or remain flush with the floor (with a tongue and grove edge). Please note that stair nose should always be secured properly - always with glue or nails.

	Mulberry T-Molding joins two areas of hard-surface floors of equal height seamlessly and easily, filling the gap at doorways, and finishing spaces between two areas of floor covering. Mulberry T-Moldings also recommended, when making the transition from mulberry floors to another floor type of approximately the same height.
