Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
• Online payment – We accept Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, MasterCard, Solo, UK
Maestro and Visa Electron as well as cheque.
• Cheque - Cheque Payable to TongLing Flooring (UK) Ltd
to the following
address: Finance Department, TongLing Flooring (UK) Ltd, 6 Camellia Drive,
Priorslee Telford, TF2 9UA.
Alternatively, you can call us at 01952-200032 to place your order or email us
and we will call you back to take your order over the telephone.
BACK ORDERS AND DEPOSITS
If your item is not in stock you will always be emailed or called with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A 30% deposit can be
made to hold any product and price given at the time, for a period of up to 1
month, which will be stored at our warehouse free of charge. A deposit in law is
deemed to be a binding contract and non-refundable whether a stocked item or
special order. The remainder of monies due must be paid when a delivery date is
arranged.
CANCELLATION & RETURN
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by writing. If the
product has been already shipped, we will arrange the collection at your expense
within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will refund you full amount deduct the
delivery charge. Goods will only be accepted for refund if they are in a
resalable condition, i.e.: unopened and in original packaging and undamaged
packaging.
In the unlikely event of damage, fault or error, you will be entitled to an
exchange or full refund.
